The objects of Mister Gees Foundation Limited are:​

1. The advancement of education for young people in the UK by the provision of grants to UK registered charities and educational organisations  as listed or recognised by the Department of Education working to advance education and vocational opportunities in farming, sustainable fishing or water management.                                                                                              

2. To advance any other purposes which are exclusively charitable under the law of England and Wales from time to time for the benefit of the community of South Woodham Ferrers and local areas by providing grants to charities or other non profit organisations  or individuals identified by the trustees at their discretion
